We all suffer from stress. Some of us handle better than others. Nevertheless, it is a reality that long-term stress is dangerous to your health. However, there is an extremely effective way to neutralize it: guided imagery. Guided Imagery is a cross between meditation and hypnosis. Many people try to do it, but to successfully do it takes specialized knowledge and training. There are over 50 million caregivers in the United States that are providing care and/or assistance to another family member.
