1At Bryant Park you can take free yoga and tai chi lessons on Tuesday mornings and on Thursday evenings.

2There are many exercise possibilities at Socrates Culture Park on Saturday and Sunday which include yoga, tai chi, pilates and capoeira.

3At Little Bay Park you can take free Hatha Yoga classes on Saturday mornings.

4If you want to try something new then head to JCC on Manhattan. On every Saturday night you can try out different classes for free: Krav Maga, Restorative Yoga, Theatre Jazz Dance and Classical Indian Dance.

5At Union Square Park you can find different exercises. If you want to sweat you can participate in Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp cardio workout. Next you can try low-impact class and of course there’s a chance to take a yoga class.

6At Integral Yoga Institute (Meatpacking District, you can take a free deep-relaxation yoga class on every Friday 5pm.

7At Empire-Fulton Ferry Park you can take a pilates class on every Tuesday 7pm. But you must arrive early – spaces are limited and early bird catches the worm.

8Every Saturday at 9.30am at North Meadow Recreation Center you can try race-walking.
